Her practice is holistic in nature, working primarily with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and general life stressors. She specializes in working with couples in crisis, where her unique approach has been highly successful.
Elle was able to help us through a rough time in our marriage. My husband and I felt like we were fighting constantly and communicating in circles. It was very frustrating, and we were barely speaking when we first went to Elle. With her help, we learned how to be better communicators. We learned how to really hear what each other was saying and learned how to meet each others needs while not neglecting our own. Each week, our relationship grew stronger. Although we have not seen Elle for a few months, the tools that we acquired are constantly in use and have proved helpful in many areas of our lives.
